By accessing or using Wayna (the "Service"), operated by fayazk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Wayna is a voice AI application that transforms voice notes into organized, context-aware documents. The Service includes voice recording, transcription, project organization, and document generation features available through our mobile application.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your Wayna account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period
• To cancel your subscription, use the subscription management settings in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

User Content

You retain ownership of all voice recordings, transcriptions, and documents you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not authorized by us
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by fayazk.com and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transcribe audio and generate documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on it for any purpose. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fayazk.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page for details).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
