When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Voice and Audio Data

The core function of Wayna is to process voice notes. We collect and store the audio recordings you create within the app, along with any transcriptions generated from those recordings.

Subscription Information

Subscription purchases are processed through RevenueCat, which integrates with Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We receive subscription status information (active, expired, etc.) but do not directly handle your payment details. Payment processing is managed entirely by Apple or Google.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you use the Service, including the types of content you interact with, the features you use, the actions you take, and the time and frequency of your activities.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including voice note storage, transcription, and document generation
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and encrypt sensitive data at rest. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google Sign-In — for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — for subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• ElevenLabs — for voice transcription processing. Audio data is sent to ElevenLabs for transcription and is subject to their privacy policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for app distribution and payment processing. Subject to their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights
